General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products under the "Castello di Spessa Soc. Agr. R.L." brand (hereinafter the "Products") by the Customer (hereinafter the "Customer") on the website www.castellodispessa.it
The Customer acknowledges that the Seller of the Products, who is a contractual party to the Customer under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, is Castello di Spessa Soc. Agr. R.L., with registered office at Via Spessa, 1 – 34070 Capriva del Friuli (GO), fully paid-up share capital of €632,500, Tax Code //Company Reg. No. 00404100307 VAT number 00444600316
Terms and Conditions
All retail prices include VAT.
All wines listed in our online shop are actually available at our premises.
The minimum order is 2 bottles/0.75L in total.
The website is updated regularly.
Shipping will always be accounted for with a valid invoice or receipt.
Published product prices and offers may vary from year to year and from bottle to bottle. For this reason, Castello di Spessa Soc. Agr. R.L. reserves the right to make changes without notice.
In the event that a price is incorrectly published in error, Castello di Spessa Soc. Agr. R.L. reserves the right to cancel the sale.
Wine is not sold to anyone under 18.
Spirits are not sold to anyone under 18.
Shipping
Shipping costs within Italy are the responsibility of the customer, up to a maximum of €15.00. Islands and remote areas are excluded, which require additional charges, to be verified with the company.
Shipping abroad: Shipments are not handled directly by the Seller. This is possible only if the Customer directly contacts their preferred carrier (DHL, UPS, MBE, TNT) and requests a quote for collection of the goods from the Seller's premises with shipment to the selected EU or non-EU country. The Customer will arrange the shipment directly with the carrier, and the Seller will deliver the goods to the carrier indicated by the Customer only after receiving payment.
In any case, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight (approximately 1.5 kg for 75 cl bottles of sparkling wine, approximately 1.3 kg for 75 cl bottles of still wine).
PLEASE NOTE: WHEN RECEIVING THE GOODS, ALWAYS MARK "RESERVED FOR INSPECTION" ON THE COURIER'S DELIVERY RECEIPT TO PREVENT REFUND IN THE EVENT OF DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN GOODS THAT ARE NOT VISIBLE FROM THE OUTSIDE.

Castello di Spessa Soc. Agr. R.L. apologizes for any spelling, typing, or translation errors and disclaims any liability for moral or material damage resulting from these.
Altered goods / Damaged shipment
In the event of altered goods:
• The goods may be returned to Castello di Spessa Soc. Agr. R.L. within 10 days of delivery.
• Shipping and packaging costs for the return shipment are the customer's responsibility.
• Defective goods will be returned or refunded (if out of stock) by Castello di Spessa Soc. Agr. R.L.
• In the event of damaged shipment:
If you receive packages from Castello di Spessa Soc. Agr. R.L. that are visibly damaged by the courier (broken packaging or visibly stained by wine leaking from broken bottles), you can proceed as follows:
If there are multiple packages, return the damaged package to the sender and sign the courier's delivery note "With Reserve." We will then arrange for the damaged package to be returned and sent back to you.
If the shipment consists of a single package, please return it to the sender and we will handle the return and replacement of the item as before.
If the damaged product is out of stock, you will be contacted regarding a possible replacement. If no replacement product is available in our catalog, Castello di Spessa Soc. Agr. R.L. will refund your payment.
We will cover any shipping costs for returning the damaged package to the sender and delivering the new one.
Right of Withdrawal
Information on the Right of Withdrawal
Purchases on the website www.castellodispessa.it are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/05, which guarantees you the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within the time limits established by law.
Conditions for the Right of Withdrawal
The purchased item must be substantially intact.
The right of withdrawal is reserved for natural persons only, therefore excluding purchases made by resellers or by those who, for any reason, purchase for resale to third parties.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be inspected for any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned item is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal). Therefore, we recommend taking the utmost care when preparing the package, for example, using the original packaging.
To exercise this right, you must notify us to this effect within 10 days of receiving the ordered goods and send the goods back to us within a further 15 days.
Procedure
Send an email to shop@castellodispessa.it declaring your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal, including all the required information:
• Order number and order date
• Invoice or receipt number
• Which products are subject to return (identifying them with the item code)
• Your bank details (IBAN)
You must then wait for a communication from our Customer Service team authorizing the return.
Upon receipt of this communication, you must return the returned goods within a further 15 days to

Refund Times
Castello di Spessa Soc. Agr. R.L. undertakes to refund the customer within 14 working days of receiving the goods, crediting the customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods as per the invoice. The above amount does not include shipping costs. This is in accordance with art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999.
